Go to the shopIt is often referred to as the poor man’s rib eye and for good reason. Rib eyes are cut from the 6th to the 12th rib of the cow. The chuck eye is cut off the 5th rib.

With out a doubt, the best steak I have ever cooked at home. Salt pepper and seared on the grill, cooked to the rare side of med rare. Super tender, juicy and flavorful. As good or better than any Ribeye I have had anywhere.
