Tri-Tip

I love tritips they’re a wonderful cut that is often difficult to find. It proved to be absolutely delicious but not much different when compared to a regular angus tritip. I will happily buy one again though and I’m pretty sure my only issues where my own fault because I got distracted and forgot my timer. Definitely a wonderful cut.

Excellent cut of meat and pretty easy to get it cooked how I wanted it.

These tri-tips are by far the best anywhere
