As my title reads, you can see that I felt that it was important not to abbreviate. The marbling was picturesque. There was not a lot of cleanup of fat. Once smoked, it lost approximately a third of its size. Everyone who tasted the brisket squid that it was the best brisket that they have ever tasted. A+
Totally loved the brisket I wish there was a way that I could’ve had it separated from point in Brisket, to make it easier for me to season a the brisket ready to smoke
This brisket turned out really great. It was just the right amount of tenderness and super juicy.
Ordered a 10 to 14 lb brisket. A 14.5 lb was received. Arrived in plenty of time for preparing and smoking for Easter Sunday dinner. Most of the time I purchase my brisket from Costco and have been pleased with meat quality. However, this Brisket was worth the extra cost! Thank you Hassell Meat Co. I'll be ordering more next month!
