Refund policy

Hassell Cattle Company is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Once a package leaves our facility, we are NOT liable for what happens to your package due to the shipping company. We offer ShipAid Protection on all packages to help protect your shipment once it leaves our facility if it is lost or damaged. If ShipAid is not on your order, you are assuming full financial responsibility for your package.
Insurance expires once we receive proof of delivery from the shipping carrier.
  
Returns
Per USDA policies, Hassell Cattle Company cannot accept returns on any items once it leaves our facility.

Discounts
Discount offers apply to Hassell Cattle produced products only. Grills and accessories may not be included.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are requesting a refund for any reason, we do require you to contact our office within 2 business days of receiving your package. All refunds are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT only.
