Although the beef jerky has a lot of favor the product delivered was small broken pieces not hold sections of jerky. This was disappointing because it seems like I was sent scraps.
I have purchased these before but this last sale was by far the best. I got rave reviews on presentation and taste. My guests told me they eat at the finest restaurants in town but never had a steak this melt in your mouth delicious.
These arrived quickly and still frozen. Care was taken in packaging the items. Can’t wait to get these on the smoker! Appear to be very high quality. Hard to find cheeks locally and whole ones at that, usually pieces if you can even find em. Couldn’t be happier. Will be putting in future orders guaranteed.
Don’t buy anymore price is just to expensive. I use to pay 7.99lb now it’s 9.99lb and I’m buying direct . Wish I could support local but H‑E‑B is cheaper.
I purchased the Filet Medallions but what I received was maybe one small medallion and small cut pieces of the filet, I guess to make the 8oz. I thought maybe it was a mistake on first package, but all are the same. The taste was OK of the one medalion in the pack but the other pieces fall through the grill they are so small. NOT worth 34.99 an 8oz package.
