Eight Wagyu Denver Steaks — one cut, 12 oz each. Bought one at a time they run $399.92. This pack is $339.95 — you save $59.97, it works out to $42.49 a steak, and it ships frozen, free, in the lower 48 on its own.

The Denver comes off the chuck, under the shoulder blade — the most marbled corner of it. Heavy marbling, big beef flavor, and a flat face that takes a hard sear. Hot grates or cast iron, a few minutes a side to medium-rare, rest it, then slice across the grain. That last part is the whole trick.

What’s inside

  • ✓ 8 Wagyu Denver Steaks
  • 12 oz each — six pounds of steak in the box
  • ✓ Cut from the marbled heart of the chuck
  • ✓ Vacuum-sealed and frozen, ready for the freezer

While this pack lasts — first run capped for the 12 oz Denvers on hand.

Why Hassell

You can see the difference before you cook it. That white in the steak? That’s the flavor. It’s fat woven through the meat, and it melts the second it hits heat.

  • American Wagyu raised in Texas, sold ranch-direct from Texas.
  • Marbling you can see in every steak — richness a supermarket steak can’t reach.
  • Hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen at peak freshness — not sitting a week under grocery-store light.
  • Ships frozen with dry ice, straight to your door.

Good to know

  • How many does this feed? Eight 12 oz steaks. One feeds one hungry plate, or slice a couple across the grain to feed a table family-style.
  • How does it arrive? Frozen, vacuum-sealed, packed with dry ice.
  • Thawing. Move packs to the refrigerator a day ahead. Don’t rush them in water.
  • Cooking. Hard sear over high heat, a few minutes a side, pull at medium-rare and rest. Wagyu finishes faster than lean beef — pull earlier than you think.
  • Freezer space. Eight flat packs — they stack like paperbacks.

Perfect for

  • Weeknight steak nights that don’t wait for an occasion
  • The griller who already knows the Denver — and the one about to find out
  • Filling the freezer with one cut you’ll actually use
  • Feeding a crew real steak without a special-occasion receipt

Shipping: Everything ships frozen from our Texas ranch. This pack clears free shipping in the lower 48 on its own. Texas orders ship free at $250. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout.
